Edible Landscaping
EDIBLE LANDSCAPING is a method that combines landscaping with gardening. Many people do not realize that edible plants and fruit bearing plants can be attractive landscaping plants. This year, we are hoping to overseed our lawn with dandelion, clover and sheep sorrel in order to encourage bee populations and for tasty salad toppings. The lively pinks, yellows, fuschias and whites will brighten our yard and make it a more welcoming place for beneficial insects.
